1. Prepare detailed linked financial model/project reports/PowerPoint presentations
2. Assist in buy & sell side advisory and prepare term sheets, agreements, etc.
3. Prepare resolution plans under IBC
4. Should have good communication skills and would be required to have client interactions
5. Should be capable of business development
