Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure the timely completion of orders as per set quality standards
2. Monitor inventory levels, analyze demand patterns, and make necessary purchases regularly to ensure adequate stock availability
3. Develop strategies to enhance staff productivity and maintain a high dispatch rate
4. Provide guidance and support to the production team to maximize their efficiency

6. Collaborate with all departments to ensure a smooth flow of operations
7. Ensure timely shipping labels are generated for order dispatches and ensure logistics issues are addressed
