We're opening an outlet named - IIT Ke Paranthe which is an ambitious cloud kitchen startup specializing in North Indian paranthas, aiming to offer an exceptional delivery experience in Bangalore. As part of our growth plan, we are looking to set up 10 outlets across the city this year, with this being our first location. We are committed to delivering high-quality food and outstanding customer service, bringing the authentic taste of North Indian cuisine to our customers. We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced operations manager to join our team and contribute to our success.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify strategic locations for our planned 10 cloud kitchen outlets in Bangalore, negotiate lease deals, and manage the process of opening new branches
2. Hire, train, and manage our team of talented chefs, ensuring that they consistently deliver exceptional culinary experiences
3. Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, ordering, and maintaining optimal stock levels
4. Oversee the setup of new cloud kitchen outlets, including the procurement and installation of equipment and raw materials
5. Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners
6. Contribute to marketing efforts by creating and implementing innovative strategies to promote our brand and drive online orders
7. Manage orders and liaise with delivery platforms to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
8. Monitor and respond to online reviews, addressing customer feedback, and ensuring our online reputation remains positive
9. Manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and maintain our website to drive traffic and increase brand awareness
10. Coordinate with the website and social media team to ensure a cohesive online presence and effective marketing campaigns
11. Oversee day-to-day operations, implementing best practices to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service
Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field
A minimum of 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably within the food and beverage industry
Proven track record in successfully launching and managing multiple outlets or cloud kitchens
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in inventory management and cost control
Solid understanding of marketing strategies and social media management
Familiarity with online delivery platforms and order management
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for the food and beverage industry, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
