1. Handling operations, and inventory management including timely dispatches, replenishment, and order processing on e-commerce portals
2. Managing RTO, wrong returns, wrong dispatches, and claims for online sales POC
3. Managing aging and expired inventory for B2B sales on a timely basis
4. Managing MIS for primary, secondary, and tertiary sales by compiling data from the sales team, super stockists, and distributors
5. Preparing a database of sales & returns quantity-wise and price-wise, region-wise sale and inventory analysis, distributor/seller-wise primary, secondary, and tertiary sales
6. Making inventory reports inventory at the warehouse, inventory with distributors, and inventory at sight
7. Managing warehousing (Shiprocket), including, inbound inventory, logistics, and dispatch management for both B2C and B2B sales
Requirements: Experience in Amazon Seller Central, Unicommerce, and Shiprocket is a must.
