Operations Executive (International Voice Process) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a professional but paternal relationship with customers to ensure the company meets their needs
2. Assist with the onboarding/training of new entrants and owner-operators in the USA on digital services
3. Complete office errands in support of the business as requested
4. Answer incoming calls and describe our service to potential clients (adding value during conversation)

Requirements:

1. Great English-speaking skills
2. Can understand and communicate with US citizens
3. Should be ready to work in the EST Time zone
4. Willing to extend the shift as per requirement
5. Good negotiation skills
6. Good convincing skills
7. Strong communicator - both on the phone and in writing, an American accent is a plus
8. Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook are an advantage
9. Good in PPT / Excel/documentation
10. Proven customer service skills that support robust and loyal relations
11. Good math skills to organize load efficiency while not exceeding legal limitations
12. Proven critical-thinking skills with the ability to take and give critical feedback
13. Must be self-motivated and able to manage the stress and demands of the role
14. Creative problem-solving
15. Experience: 0-2 years
