Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing day-to-day operations from managing online orders and planning dispatch
2. Coordinating with vendors for timely order management
3. Coordinating with a marketing agency for product inventory and new product launch
4. Making sure smooth operations of order processing and customer satisfaction

Skills & Requirements:

1. Team & time management
2. Good communication skills in English & Hindi
3. Smart customer handling over emails and calls based on their query (please note it's not a call center, in a day 2-3 customer calls/email us for any query)
4. knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage

Note: There will be a 15 day training provide by the company
