The operations and support coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a company or organization. They provide support to various departments and teams within the organization, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage daily operations across various departments
2. Monitor and maintain company systems, equipment, and resources
3. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including inventory and purchase orders
5. Assist with the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
6. Collaborate with other team members to identify and address operational issues
7. Manage vendor relationships and contracts
8. Provide training and support to new employees on operational procedures
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 220000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 10000 /year
3. Other incentives: ₹10000 /year
