Operations Analyst Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Place endorsement requests with insurers
2. Understand the documentation requirements from all insurance companies
3. Collect, and review documents submitted by clients to ensure they comply with necessary requirements/refer to the confluence checklist and endorsement process for accuracy
4. Follow up with clients for documents, and escalate to team leaders when necessary
5. Submit a request (through the insurers' portal and via email) and follow up with the insurers
6. Update the dashboard on daily basis to ensure compliance with the agreed turnaround time
7. Track and update the accuracy data for each request (client, operations, and insurer accuracy) endorsement process optimization
8. Provide continuous feedback/suggestions to support the improvement of the process
9. Update confluence pages with Insurer updates and all other relevant information
10. Optimize the workflows
