We at Madman Technologies are looking for an organized and driven individual to join our team and fill the role of an operation manager. The ideal candidate is skilled in MS Office, MS Word, and MS Excel and is highly organized and efficient in their work.
Key responsibilities:
1. Performing office work, managing and applying to government department tenders
2. Finding out tenders and participating in them
3. Performing operations with MS office
4. Maintaining client records on an Excel datasheet
5. Leading and overseeing daily operations of the company
6. Creating and implementing plans for productivity, cost reduction, and process improvement
7. Establishing and maintaining standards of performance for the operations staff
8. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
9. Implementing policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
10. Overseeing compliance with external regulations
11. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new materials as needed
12. Developing and motivating staff to reach maximum performance

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 - 2,80,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 5%
3. Other incentives: 5%
