Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including itinerary planning, booking management, vendor coordination, and service delivery for B2B clients.
Liaise with suppliers (hotels, transport providers, and tour operators) to ensure services are aligned with client requirements and quality standards.
Provide high-level customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving operational issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and vendor agreements.
Identify areas for operational improvement, and suggest and implement strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
Ensure adherence to DMCC regulations, industry standards, and health and safety guidelines.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in operations within the travel or hospitality industry, ideally within a B2B outbound context.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage vendor and client relationships.
Knowledge: Familiarity with DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) compliance and Dubais travel market is advantageous.
Language: Proficiency in English
