Operation Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Processing address verification cases received from end clients and coordinating with field executives spread all over India via our CRM, emails, and mobile calls
2. Taking ownership and responsibility for the completion of cases allotted to you
3. Working on allotment of cases to field executives using CRM, email, phone, and mobile app
4. Following up with field executive to get the visit done & get reports
5. Updating reports & information collected on the field into CRM
6. Assisting team members with other office work
7. Taking ownership of work assigned to you and delivering before the due date

Required:

1. The ability to communicate properly on the phone is a must
2. Hands-on experience of working on computers & the internet is required
3. The requirement is for back-office work; no travel is involved
4. Candidate with knowledge of these languages preferred: Hindi, English, and Malayalam
5. Work from the office
6. Fresher and graduate
7. 1+ years of experience in the industry
8. Bachelor's degree preferred
9. At least 1+ years spent working in back office/operations work
10. Basic computer skills, MS Office & internet knowledge
11. Previous experience as an Aadhar operator will be an advantage
