Role Overview:
As an Onboarding Specialist at Supernova, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for our users. Your primary responsibility will be to guide new users through the initial setup process, ensuring they have the information and tools needed to maximize their learning journey.
Key responsibilities:
1. Welcome and Orientation: Provide a warm welcome to new users and guide them through the onboarding process
2. User Assistance: Assist users in setting up their accounts, understanding program features, and navigating the Supernova platform
3. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve user queries, issues, or concerns during the onboarding phase
4. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with users, providing timely updates and assistance
5. Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback during onboarding to identify areas for improvement and enhance the user experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field
- Fresher or 0-1 years experience in onboarding or customer support within the education technology sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues effectively
- Attention to detail and aspiring to grow
