1. Design, implement, and maintain the company's VoIP infrastructure
2. Configure and manage IP-PBXs, VoIP gateways, switches, routers, and firewalls
3. Implement and optimize VoIP protocols like SIP and H.323
4. Ensure quality of service by monitoring network performance and troubleshooting voice quality issues
5. Integrate the VoIP network with other systems and applications
6. Secure the VoIP network using firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures
7. Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related network issues
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
2. 2-4 years of relevant experience as a network engineer or system administrator
3. Hands-on experience with IP telephony, VoIP, and related technologies
4. Experience implementing and managing VoIP networks and equipment
5. Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve voice quality issues
6. Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, etc.
