Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and creative Junior Merchandiser to join our team at our Delhi office. This is a full-time position with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of work experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ladies' ethnic wear and be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring product quality.

Qualifications and Skills
Good knowledge of ladies ethnic wear such as Indo western Kurtis, dresses, suits, and gowns (Mandatory skill)
Proficiency in stock replenishment strategies (Mandatory skill)
Diploma in Apparel or Fashion Designing
Experience in understanding customer requirements and fulfilling the same on time
Responsible for quality check of products upon inward delivery
Ability to manage inventory levels effectively on the assigned department floor
Updating customer trends to purchasers (article-wise)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct regular market research to identify trends in ladies' ethnic wear and update the product range accordingly
Ensure timely stock replenishment to avoid any stockouts or overstocking issues
Coordinate with suppliers and quality check teams to ensure that all products meet the companys quality standards
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels effectively on the floor
Communicate with sales teams to understand customer preferences and requirements
Prepare detailed reports on inventory, sales performance, and market trends for senior management
Assist in visual merchandising and display setup to enhance customer experience
