About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Leading the process of onboarding hospitals on including conducting presentations and contract closures
2. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
3. Researching, generating leads & meeting with clients in person
4. Meet targets through planning and resource allocation
5. Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
6. Adapting to changing business requirements

Skills Required:

1. Generate leads through various channels
2. Manage the sales pipeline effectively
3. Make strategic decisions to drive sales growth
4. Negotiate effectively with clients to close deals
5. Manage and nurture customer relationships
6. Solve problems that arise during the sales process
7. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
8. Utilize at least 2-3 years of work experience as a sales and marketing executive
9. Possess high-level communication and networking skills
10. Show a passion for sales
11. Understand commercial trends and apply marketing strategies accordingly
12. Exhibit good project management skills
13. Work well under pressure
14. MBA Freshers are also encouraged to apply
