The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, and Medical Sales
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the onboarding process for hospitals, including conducting presentations and closing contracts
2. Set sales goals and develop sales strategies
3. Research, generate leads, and meet with clients in person
4. Meet targets through effective planning and resource allocation
5. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
6. Adapt to changing business requirements
7. Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity when working with diverse clients in the healthcare industry
Requirements:
1. Generate leads through various channels
2. Manage the sales pipeline effectively
3. Make strategic decisions to drive sales growth
4. Negotiate effectively with clients to close deals
5. Manage and nurture customer relationships
6. Solve problems that arise during the sales process
7. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
8. Utilize at least 2-3 years of work experience as a sales and marketing executive
9. Possess high-level communication and networking skills
10. Show a passion for sales
11. Understand commercial trends and apply marketing strategies accordingly
12. Exhibit good project management skills
13. Work well under pressure
14. MBA Freshers are also encouraged to apply
