Key Responsibilities:

I. Tele-calling leads:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential leads.
2. Introduce company products and services, highlighting their benefits.
3. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

II. Medical counseling:
1. Provide telephonic counseling sessions to patients and their families.
2. Offer emotional support and guidance to patients with medical conditions or treatments.
3. Provide information on available healthcare resources and support services.

III. Collaboration:
1. Maintain communication with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health providers.
2. Facilitate collaboration among healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

IV. Appointment management:
1. Coordinate doctor availability with patient preferences.
2. Ensure appointment slots are aligned with both patient and doctor schedules.
3. Confirm appointment details with patients, including date, time, doctor's name, and location.

V. Follow-up:
1. Conduct follow-up calls with patients after appointments to discuss their experience, treatment plans, and upcoming visits.
2. Address patient questions or concerns and provide necessary assistance.
3. Communicate important information to relevant medical staff as required.
4. Send appointment reminders via email, SMS, or automated calls to reduce no-shows.

VI. Reports and data collection:
1. Maintain accurate patient records, including personal information, medical history, and counseling sessions.
2. Track appointments that are scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled by patients.
3. Update patient records based on follow-up discussions and changes to treatment plans.
