Shikshami Classes is seeking passionate Subject Educators to teach both online and offline batches for Classes 6-10. We are specifically looking for experts in Maths, Science, English, Social Science, Hindi, and IT who can create engaging lesson plans, manage classroom dynamics, and deliver high-quality recorded content. Multi-subject capability is highly preferred to optimize our teaching approach and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Offline & Online Teaching
- Conduct interactive sessions in a live classroom setting (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
- Teach virtual batches using platforms like Zoom/Google Meet, ensuring consistent engagement.
- Organize Q&A sessions, provide personalized feedback, and maintain class discipline.
2. Subject Mastery & Multi-Subject Capability
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of your primary subject(s).
- Ability to cover multiple subjects (e.g., Maths & Science or English & Social Science) to support flexible scheduling.
- Keep updated with the latest NCERT, CBSE, ICSE, and State Board curricula, as well as competitive exam requirements.
3. Content Development & Slide Creation
- Design PPTs/slides using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools to simplify complex concepts.
- Incorporate visual aids, flowcharts, and real-life examples for effective teaching.
- Develop comprehensive notes and share resources with students.
4. Recorded Lectures & Studio Presence
- Record high-quality video lectures for online students in a studio setting.
- Maintain proper camera presence with clear articulation, voice modulation, and engaging delivery.
- Ensure punctual completion of recorded lectures and assignments.
5. Technical & Digital Proficiency
- Leverage LMS (Learning Management Systems) to organize coursework and track student progress (if applicable).
- Use digital whiteboards (OBS, OneNote, Google Jamboard) for better visualization.
- Employ online collaboration tools (Google Docs, MS Word) for creating and sharing teaching materials.
6. Classroom Management & Student Engagement
- Maintain discipline, encourage participation, and motivate students throughout the learning process.
- Adjust teaching methods to match various learning paces and styles.
- Create quizzes, activities, and experiments for interactive sessions.
7. Time Management & Work Commitment
- Efficiently manage both offline and online classes to meet syllabus deadlines.
- Commit to delivering high-quality education consistently, 6 days a week.
- Demonstrate punctuality and professional work ethics.
