Marketing Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and implement online and offline marketing campaigns.
2. Design marketing collateral, including product brochures, leaflets, banners, product info tags, and educational material (with the help of a marketing agency if needed).
3. Develop content for all online and offline marketing campaigns.
4. Assist in social media marketing.
5. Assist in updating the website and e-commerce platform; write blogs.
6. Design, market, and implement events related to gardening, farming, festivals, and special occasions.
7. Coordinate with outside vendors to support all the above activities.
8. Explore new avenues for business development.
9. Follow up on leads generated through various media, assign team members to specific leads, and coordinate with customers for lead execution.
10. Participate in camps, workshops, webinars, or any other sales, marketing, or promotional activities as required.
11. Coordinate with gardeners and other team members to implement new and existing initiatives as needed.
12. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
13. Support any other initiatives or activities related to managing and growing the business.
14. This position reports to the Founder & CEO.
