1. Develop and implement marketing strategies from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration externally
2. Analyze customer insights, market analysis, and marketing best practices based on the target audience
3. Manage content by working in partnership with the internal graphics team, develop creative briefs, and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
4. Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly and work on independently handling BTL, from planning to execution
5. Create a social media calendar in collaboration with external agencies based on past records and analytical results
Requirements:
1. Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline
2. Master s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline
3. A diploma or certification course in digital marketing will be an added advantage
4. 1+ years of work experience in marketing
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns for B2B
7. Strong project management and decision-making skills
8. Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
9. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
