About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work with the founders on multiple aspects of the business & marketing from product launch to customer service
2. Handle end-to-end social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, and influencer marketing
3. Understand the target audience and consumer insights to create digital communication assets
4. Build a creative delivery calendar
5. Write scripts, and create and execute new video content for social media
6. Analyze promotional campaigns and identify potential areas of growth and optimization
7. Work on the growth in traffic, increase in followers and engagement, and growth in conversions & revenues for the D2C channel for a product
8. Work closely with the content writer to develop product narratives & stories that resonate with and inspire La Muse customers.
9. Identify market trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to drive new user acquisition.
10. Coordinate with partner channels for product listings and customer queries
11. Ideate and make digital asset creations like digital banners and digital films for Facebook ads, landing pages, emails, SMS campaigns, etc.
