Identify prospects, make effective qualifying sales calls and manage sales cycle to close new business for BCOs in different Industry verticals for ODC and OOG cargo.
Conduct research, gather information on prospective projects.
Manage accounts, develop in-depth market knowledge; generate new sales leads, contract negotiation and sales closure.
Prepare professional and accurate presentations, quotes, and proposals. Also Create and maintain comprehensive client SOPs and work closely with operations and customer service teams.
Adhere to update Sales activities regularly in CRM system.
Develop new segments like., Defense / Plant Relocations & O&G etc.
Aligning with Freight Forwarding sales team for closure of ADHOC ODC & OOG shpts on Brach/Region levels
Build strong relationships with the high value key accounts in the region to enhance revenue.
Collaborate with the pricing & operations team to assure delivery needs of customers cost effectively and efficiently
Monitor receivables & growth of contractual customers
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
