Logistics Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Preparing shipping documentation for different manufacturing facilities
2. Working on freight negotiations with different partner lines for shipments
3. Working on forwarder finalizations based on freight quotes
4. Working on coordination with the sales team for getting confirmed orders details and placing orders to shipping partners
5. Planning shipping schedule and coordination with the packing team
6. Booking local deliveries and coordination with customers for end-to-end delivery
7. Preparing inward and outward registers of inventory
8. Maintaining and updating invoices
9. Working on customer support
10. Following up for weight discrepancies
11. Sharing end-to-end shipping reports with the sales team daily and updating tracking links for clients
12. Managing RTO and end-to-end deliveries and timely escalations to partners if any
13. Working on pre-alert shipment documents to customers before the departure of goods from the origin
14. Working on payment follow-up from the finance team to make payments for all
15. Working on inventory data analysis and management

Requirements:

1. Knows Microsoft Excel and knows how to work on a laptop
