1. Perform various QA testing on content, accessibility, functionality, SCORM, web, and compatibility
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams in order to ensure that the quality is met as per the internal standards and client expectations
3. Create the QA checklist and guidelines document
4. Log and track errors/issues on the bug trackers, and ensure that all the fixes are made and validated
5. Ensure that the loop is closed on open issues
6. Review the end product with respect to user experience, user interface, navigation, and functionality
7. Perform the QA testing logically, and determine the root cause of issues raised internally and externally by clients
8. Document all the major issues from internal and external reviews and share the learnings on a regular basis
9. Work on error analysis, and improvement plans, and add value to the QA processes
10. Collaborate with managers and leads to improve the processes
11. Work on tight deadline-driven projects and should be able to handle multiple QA projects
