1. Library Management: Oversee day-to-day library operations, including the management of library resources, cataloging, and ensuring the availability of educational materials.
2. Student Support: Provide research assistance and support to students and faculty in accessing academic resources, managing digital platforms, and offering guidance on research tools and methodologies.
3. NAAC and Committee Involvement: Actively participate in NAAC-related work and other academic committees, contributing to documentation, reporting, and improvement initiatives.
4. Resource Development: Develop and maintain a well-organized collection of books, journals, digital resources, and e-books that meet academic requirements.
5. Training & Workshops: Conduct library orientation sessions, workshops on information literacy, and train staff and students on utilizing library systems and resources efficiently.

Qualifications: Master of Library Science (M.Lib) or equivalent qualification. SET/NET qualification preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year to 5 years of relevant experience in library management, preferably with experience in handling various committees and NAAC accreditation-related work.
Location: Candidates must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
Proficiency in library management systems (LMS) and information technology.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.
