We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leadership Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our learners, focusing on improving their critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills. This role requires a passion for training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to customize training programs to meet the unique needs of each learner.
1. Training Delivery:
a. Lead interactive training sessions on strategic thinking, executive presence, and advanced leadership skills.
b. Utilize diverse teaching methods, including workshops, real-life simulations, and collaborative group discussions.
c. Offer personalized one-on-one coaching to empower leaders to achieve their personal and professional objectives.
2. Program development:
a. Work with the curriculum development team to create and refine leadership training materials.
b. Customize content to meet the specific needs and goals of individual leaders and their organizations.
c. Continuously enhance programs based on participant feedback and the latest industry trends in leadership.
3. Assessment and feedback:
a. Assess participants' development through evaluations and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
b. Track and document leaders' performance, growth, and achievements throughout the program.
c. Identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate development strategies and interventions.
4. Support and guidance:
a. Act as a mentor and trusted advisor, offering support and encouragement to leaders during their journey.
b. Address any challenges or concerns faced by participants promptly and effectively.
c. Foster a positive, inclusive, and empowering learning environment that encourages open communication.
5. Professional development:
a. Keep abreast of the latest developments in leadership theories, methodologies, and best practices.
b. Share insights, knowledge, and innovative ideas with the Kapable training team to foster collective growth.
