About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Define and build cloud-native software products as a platform at scale
2. Break down complex problems, organize work, plan sprints, and deliver technical programs using agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
3. Dive deep to understand the platform's capabilities and underlying technologies
4. Make data-driven decisions and apply continuous improvement methodologies across teams
5. Debate the delivery strategy with business teams, architects, engineers, and designers
6. Communicate effectively with executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
7. Build relationships by partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization
8. Ensure technical program delivery experience including time developing and testing software

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 10 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. B.Tech/Masters degree in a relevant field such as IT or Computer Science

2. MBA is preferred

3. Knowledge of handling project management specifically of utilizing Agile methodologies and DevSecOps tools

4. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and MS Word is essential for effective project documentation and presentation

5. Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master, or Agile Coach is required

6. Experience in employing methodologies as per PMP or PRINCE2 guidelines particularly in a DevOps environment using platforms like JIRA or Microsoft Azure

7. Familiarity with Agile methods for software development and delivery

8. Ability to operate with independence and autonomy
