Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying and targeting potential customers through lead generation activities, market research, and database management
2. Initiating and maintaining contact with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and requirements
3. Utilizing CRM software and sales tools to record, track, and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
4. Generating and presenting sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to the sales manager
5. Establishing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
6. Gaining a deep understanding of our products or services and effectively communicating their value propositions to potential customers
