Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with fellow backend and front-end developers
2. Design and implement web applications that use the Laravel framework
3. Implement server-side logic to process front inputs
4. Identify and fix bugs that are found within the code
5. Interact with SQL databases
6. Ensure all inputs going to a database have been parameterized
7. Ensure the appropriate security standards have been implemented

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 30,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
