1. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key hospital clients, ensuring continuous engagement and client retention
2. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions to drive revenue growth within existing accounts
3. Ensure successful onboarding and integration of the SaaS platform with hospital systems, acting as a liaison between technical and client teams
4. Collect and relay client feedback to the internal product team to improve software functionality and meet hospital needs
5. Provide regular updates and insights to management on client accounts, including performance metrics and client satisfaction
6. Proactively address client concerns, troubleshoot issues with technical teams, and ensure high levels of service
7. Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to foster long-term partnerships
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related fields
2. 0-1 year of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in healthcare or SaaS environments
3. Proven experience in managing key accounts, with a track record of growing client relationships and driving revenue
4. Strong communication skills with a professional and prompt personality
5. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
