We are looking for a dynamic and passionate travel sales executive who is well versed with all domestic and international tourist destinations and has experience making packages for Himachal, Kashmir, Kerala, Rajasthan, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Thailand, etc. To handle the queries of the clients & suggest the package as per the requirement. Will be responsible for preparing and selling packages online for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Arrange travel for business and vacation clients
2. Determine clients' needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
3. Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
4. Find fare and schedule information
5. Calculate total travel costs
6. Book reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events, such as tours and excursions
7. Describe trips to clients and advise about local customs and attractions
8. Give details on required documents, such as passports and visas, and on complying with cross-border entry requirements, such as health and safety protocols
