As a Travel sales executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities:
1. Sales strategy development: Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet targets and optimize revenue generation
2. New business development: Identify and pursue fresh business prospects via proactive prospecting and networking efforts
3. Client relationship management: Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships by comprehending their travel preferences and requirements
4. Personalized travel services: Offer tailored travel suggestions and itineraries tailored to individual client specifications
5. Customer support: Address inquiries, resolve grievances, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
6. Industry awareness: Keep abreast of industry trend travel destinations, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations and enhance service quality.
