About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
2. Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of the sales program
3. Answer potential clients' questions
4. Generate between 5 leads per day
5. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates' schedules
6. Refer customer complaints to the supervisor for quality control
7. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 12%
