Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with founders/HR heads to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
2. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
3. Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure they meet our requirements.
4. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
6. Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.
