1. Meet monthly hiring targets and maintain the database in ATS
2. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
3. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
4. Bring in innovative hiring techniques to meet the numbers
5. Design job descriptions, assessments, and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements
6. Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates to effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
7. Research, develop, and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs
8. Conduct & manage internal communication projects (for instance, job satisfaction surveys)
What we expect from you:
1. Work experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in HR or talent acquisition
2. Prior experience in a start-up environment is a definite plus
3. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Engineering
