Job summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our marketing agency as a junior social media executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms for our clients.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve client objectives
2. Manage social media accounts for clients, including content creation, scheduling, and community management
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to clients
4. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to inform strategy and content creation
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure social media campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy
6. Support the development of social media advertising campaigns
7. Assist with the creation of social media content, including graphics and videos
8. Engage with social media influencers and brand ambassadors
9. Support the management of client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2. 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficient in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
5. Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
6. Basic understanding of social media advertising
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
9. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
