About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying, sourcing, screening and recruiting top talent for leadership positions on behalf of our clients
2. Working with the team manager &/or client account manager to understand their specific needs and being responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from initial mandate discussion to candidate placement
3. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone and in-person interviews to determine candidate qualifications
4. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates & cater to their specific requirements & co-ordinations
5. Managing the recruitment process, including extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all clients, candidates, and job openings in the company's ATS
7. Networking and building relationships with industry professionals and potential managerial & leadership candidates
8. Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics and revenue goals

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
2. 1-5 years of experience in a leadership recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a Search firm or Leadership recruiting environment
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proven ability to source and attract top leadership talent
5. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
7. Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
8. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
9. Strong understanding of the current market trends and best practices in leadership recruitment
10. Looking for Bangalore-based candidates who reside in & around Rajajinagar (office is closer to Rajajinagar metro station)
11. Experience in recruiting for a minimum duration of 1 year is a must
12. Experience in recruiting for positions with CTC upwards of Rs.30L is mandatory
13. Open to considering candidates with higher experience for senior roles within the team

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹16,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Other incentives: 20%
