Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels
2. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit
3. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on feedback
4. Maintain candidate database and update recruitment reports using MS-Excel
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
6. Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
