1. Good communication skills.
2. Need to know about the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
3. Handling full recruitment life cycle. (Managing recruiting process from requisition initiation to sourcing, to acceptance of offer and final placement).
4. Sourcing, screening, cold-calling, and short-listing of resumes for the client's requirements
5. Arranging the client interview and collecting the feedback
6. Sourcing candidate profiles in various Job portals like Monster, LinkedIn, Naukri, Etc.
7. Proficient in using another mode for acquiring profiles (Headhunting, referencing, using other social networking sites, job posting)
8. Involve in weekly meetings with account managers and prepare weekly reports.
