Key responsibilities:

1. Working on recruitment
2. Working on immigration
3. Working on the visa process
4. Working on identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation
5. Monitoring new and existing employees and act as their advocate
6. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
7. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
8. Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
9. Completing paperwork for new hires
10. Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
11. Providing recruitment reports to team managers
