About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Support cutting-edge research and practical policy support for energy policy reforms
2. Build national and state-level datasets on government support to the energy sector, including analysis of clean energy support needed to meet national targets
3. Support state-owned energy enterprises in a changing energy system
4. Support the development of an electric vehicle ecosystem in India
5. Accelerate the implementation of solar irrigation schemes

Requirements:

1. A minimum of a bachelor's or master s degree in energy, economics, social science, politics, environment, or a relevant interdisciplinary program or equivalent
2. Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills through policy publications for a range of different audiences.
3. Excellent computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and automated referencing software
4. Familiarity with sustainable development and the policy theory and current agenda on climate and energy

Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹35,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
