1. Develop logical modules to help build and maintain a robust platform
2. Write and maintain high-quality codes (this would also include fixing reported bugs and adhering to the development and code quality frameworks laid down by your department)

4. Support and monitor the technical progress of development plans, while safeguarding functionality, scalability, and performance while regularly updating stakeholders
5. Contribute independent modules to the product by driving innovation in both technology and product through iterative prototyping
6. Build and release code to the production stack every week through GIT
7. Carry our self-demos to find opportunities to optimize the project source code and/or architecture, feature workflows and user interface
8. Be challenged and grow in a dynamic environment with technological advancements. You work with your team to deliver complete projects while taking ownership of specific sub-projects within them
9. Work and communicate cross-functionally managing software code across the entire SDLC, i.e., from prototyping to production
10. Work on managing a small team
Required:
1. Experience/Knowledge in building web applications using PHP & MySQL
2. Knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, and Bootstrap
3. Proficiency with code versioning tools like GIT
4. Experience/Knowledge of working on Apache HTTP or any other server
5. A clear understanding of object-oriented programming paradigms
6. A solid experience in design, coding, unit testing, and debugging
7. The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and innovative developer with the ability to write documented, structured, and maintainable code
8. You must be hands-on at writing code and must have an understanding of unit tests, and peer code reviews
9. You must be curious, collaborative, willing to learn, and ready to take up exciting new projects
