Junior Operations Executive Job

At RTV, we aim to establish West Bengal's leading vending machine business within the next five years. This is an ambitious goal, especially since we are just five years old and competing against established players with two decades of experience. We seek independent, dedicated, and trustworthy individuals to join us on this exciting journey. Together, we can make this vision a reality!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enter sales and purchase data into the system
2. Generate invoices for all counter sales
3. Address end-customer issues promptly
4. Develop refill and stocking plans for each counter
5. Pick and pack products according to refill plans
6. Ensure timely and accurate refills and stock movements for all counters
7. Manage inward and outward stock processes
8. Track machine failures and implement corrective actions
9. Oversee preventive maintenance of machines
10. Refill machines as needed
11. Conduct daily sales reviews to identify top and underperforming items
12. Adjust planograms based on sales performance and trials
13. Create purchase orders for adequate and timely stock replenishment
14. Execute product refreshes, promotions, and sales initiatives
15. Achieve sales targets and profitability for each site
16. Increase average order value and gross margins at each location
17. Identify new products and brands for trial runs
18. Maintain regular customer meetings to ensure satisfaction
19. Ensure timely vendor payments
20. Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports
