This is an ambitious goal considering we are just 5 years old and the existing players have been in this business for 2 decades! We are thus looking for independent, hardworking, and trustworthy individuals who will join us in this journey to make it happen.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Doing route planning for all incoming orders
2. Creating all invoices & challans for material outward
3. Picking & packing orders for dispatch
4. Coordinating with delivery team for ensuring timely dispatches and delivery
5. Receiving all inward related material
6. Doing stock room management - stock audits, liquidation
7. Managing daily expenses & customer cash
8. Maintaining & updating all MIS sheets & databases
9. Handling office administrative work - supplies replenishment, maintenance
10. Filing & Tallying of all office paperwork - invoices, claims, agreements
11. Providing payroll support
12. Sending daily, weekly and monthly report

3. Believe in keep your commitments no matter what
4. Are an expert on various software & apps
5. Work systematically and never forget anything
6. Are comfortable speaking in Bengali, Hindi & English
7. Always find a solution, no matter the problem
