Junior Operations Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and customers to ensure
proper operations of the organization
2. Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
3. Work on operational emails and messages for workshops
4. Maintain records of workshops and their data
5. Handling Customer data across Workshops
6. Maintaining Data on LMS
7. Managing a team of 2 to 3 operational specialists, overseeing daily tasks,
Performance, and professional development
8. Maintaining strong relationships with instructor, ensuring timely delivery
and cost-effectiveness of services

Additional Information:

1. Experience in the Edtech Firm will be added as a plus
2. Minimum Three Years of experience in a related field
3. Minimum Three Years of Experience with MS Excel or Advance Excel
4. Good customer service skills
5. Required applicant from non-architecture background
6. Well Versed With Excel
7. Well-versed with Email Drafting
8. Experience in team handling
