Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and leveraging social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
2. Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate with prospects and internal teams to schedule and set up business meetings and product demonstrations.
3. Lead Management: Organize leads and ensure thorough follow-up to advance them through the sales pipeline.
4. Proposal Preparation: Create and send tailored proposals to prospective customers, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with prospects to discuss proposals, answer any questions, and move the sales process forward.
6. Data Collection: Conduct vertical-specific research to gather relevant data on potential clients and their industries.
7. Decision Maker Identification: Identify key decision-makers and influential stakeholders within prospective organizations.
8. Sales Cycle Tracking: Monitor and track leads through every stage of the sales cycle to ensure progression and timely closure.
9. Information Collation: Conduct secondary research to gather and compile relevant information, capturing details in the required prospect formats.
10. Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate meetings and presentations with prospective clients to showcase ERP solutions and address their needs.
11. Sales Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets as set by the sales team.
12. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to management.

1. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in inside sales or market development specifically within the SAP ERP domain.

2. SAP market knowledge: Strong understanding of the SAP market from a sales perspective, including the latest trends and developments.

3. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive and engaging approach.

4. Outbound sales experience: Proven experience in making outbound calls and setting up meetings with prospects.

5. Relationship management: Ability to maintain strong relationships with the sales team through effective communication and diligent follow-up.

6. Motivation: Driven by cold calling, asking probing questions, and gathering detailed information to advance sales opportunities.

7. Team collaboration: Capable of working effectively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and success.

8. Proactive attitude: Demonstrates a proactive nature and strong motivation to achieve sales targets.
