We are seeking a highly motivated and talented fresher with a passion for designing infographics, iconography, and business process design visualization. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of graphic design while sharpening your skills in infographics and business process design visualization.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing infographics and iconography that effectively convey information and engage the target audience
2. Assist in the creation of business process design visualizations, illustrating workflows, systems, and data flows to facilitate understanding and decision-making
3. Research and gather data from various sources to support the creation of accurate and informative infographics and visualizations
4. Utilize design software and tools to create high-quality graphics, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and design principles
5. Take feedback from the design team and clients, incorporating necessary changes to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of the visual designs
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and deadlines
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar tools
3. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all designs
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
