Junior Graphic Designer Job

Key Responsibilities

a. Creative Communication
1. Take the brand and campaign briefs from internal teams, and build out elegant creative solutions and collateral.
2. Ensuring every customer communication has a strong, distinct, and appealing visual design.
3. Work with the design lead and social media teams to create engaging and appealing content, at short notice.
4. Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members.

Strategy:
1. Working with the design head, brand managers, and creative agencies to brainstorm on the right visual identity.
2. Create communication templates for key launches and campaigns that can be used for all collateral related to the campaign.
3. Stay up to date with new technologies, industry, and design trends and demonstrate a passion for learning
4. Establish and nurture good working relationships with other team members and Stakeholders in the organization.

Knowledge, skills, and attributes:

1. 1 to 4+ years of relevant work experience in designing and visualizing
2. Experience in designing marketing collateral, with 1+ years of active experience in digital marketing collateral (social media, digital ads)
3. Exposure in production, creating GIFs, and packaging
4. Experience in production design and creative direction for videos and photography
5. Experience in product packaging design is a plus
6. Strong knowledge of design process and project management
7. Critical design language thinking and
8. Strong attention to detail
9. Great communication skills
10. Experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
11. Bachelor degree in a design-related discipline
12. World class design sense and execution
13. Strong online portfolio available for viewing
