Junior Graphic Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design Creation: Assist in the development and execution of various design projects, including but not limited to logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, and other marketing materials
2. Conceptualization: Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and ideas for design projects
3. Layout and Composition: Apply design principles to create visually engaging layouts, ensuring consistency, readability, and effective communication of the intended message
4. Visual Asset Creation: Produce and modify visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and graphics to enhance the overall design aesthetic
5. Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality visuals that align with brand standards and project requirements
6. File Management: Organize and maintain design files and assets, adhering to established naming conventions and file structure
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to ensure the design deliverables align with project goals and requirements
8. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design elements, including fonts, colors, and visual styles, to ensure brand integrity across all materials
9. Feedback Incorporation: Receive feedback from senior designers and team members and make necessary revisions and adjustments to design work
10. Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team
