Junior Graphic Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media
2. Develop creative and innovative design concepts based on project requirements and target audience
3. Produce high-quality graphic assets, including banners, brochures, logos, social media posts, infographics, and other marketing materials
4. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms
5. Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies
6. Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver designs within specified deadlines
7. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design iterations
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, web development, and content creation, to ensure design alignment and consistency

Skills & Requirements:

1. Master's or bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
2. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing design work
3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
4. Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
5. Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
9. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends
